At BAAB Writing and Marketing Services ("PRO", "we", "our", or "us"), we're committed to providing a safe, responsible, and ethical AI-powered content creation platform. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the PRO platform and services (collectively, the "Platform") and sets forth the rules and restrictions governing your use of the Platform.
This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Service.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, as set forth in our Terms of Service.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- All content you create, generate, distribute, or publish using the Platform
- Ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and these policies
- Any consequences arising from content you create or distribute using the Platform
- Reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated content before use, publication, or distribution
PRO provides tools for content creation, but you retain full responsibility for how you use those tools and the content you create.
Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not use the Platform to create, generate, distribute, publish, or facilitate any of the following:
1. Illegal Activities
Content or activities that:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Promote, facilitate, or provide instructions for illegal activities
- Involve illegal goods or services (including but not limited to illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, counterfeit goods, or stolen property)
- Constitute or facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices
- Violate export control laws or economic sanctions
- Involve money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
2. Harmful or Dangerous Content
Content that:
- Promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for violence, terrorism, or harm to individuals or groups
- Encourages or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
- Promotes dangerous or harmful activities that could result in physical injury
- Contains instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or other dangerous materials
- Threatens, intimidates, or incites violence against any person or group
- Promotes or glorifies acts of terrorism or violent extremism
3. Hateful, Discriminatory, or Harassing Content
Content that:
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or prejudice based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Harasses, bullies, intimidates, degrades, shames, or victimizes any individual or group
- Promotes supremacist ideologies or groups
- Contains slurs, epithets, or derogatory language targeting protected groups
- Incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
4. Child Safety and Exploitation
Content that:
- Exploits, sexualizes, endangers, or harms children or minors in any way
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Promotes child exploitation, grooming, or trafficking
- Depicts minors in sexual, suggestive, or exploitative contexts
- Facilitates contact between adults and minors for inappropriate purposes
5. Sexually Explicit or Exploitative Content
Content that:
- Contains pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Promotes prostitution, sex trafficking, or sexual exploitation
- Non-consensually shares intimate or sexual images (including "deepfakes" or manipulated images)
- Promotes sexual services or solicitation
- Sexualizes individuals without their consent
6. Deceptive, Fraudulent, or Misleading Content
Content that:
- Impersonates any person, organization, or entity, or falsely represents affiliation with any person or organization
- Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information intended to manipulate or deceive others
- Constitutes phishing, pretexting, or social engineering attacks
- Spreads disinformation, propaganda, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
- Falsely represents the origin, source, or authenticity of content
- Creates or distributes deepfakes or manipulated media without clear disclosure
- Misrepresents AI-generated content as human-created when disclosure is required by law or ethical standards
7. Spam and Malicious Content
Content that:
- Constitutes spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or automated mass communications
- Contains malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other malicious code
- Exploits vulnerabilities in computer systems or networks
- Facilitates hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access to systems or data
- Involves distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or similar disruptive activities
- Contains scripts or code designed to damage, interfere with, or secretly intercept systems or data
8. Intellectual Property Violations
Content that:
- Infringes or misappropriates third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights
- Plagiarizes content or closely imitates proprietary materials without authorization
- Uses protected brand names, logos, or intellectual property without permission
- Facilitates piracy or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted works
- Circumvents digital rights management (DRM) or technological protection measures
9. Privacy Violations
Content that:
- Violates the privacy rights of others
- Shares personal information, contact details, or private data of others without consent (doxxing)
- Uses personal information in violation of applicable privacy laws or regulations
- Facilitates unauthorized surveillance or stalking
- Discloses confidential or proprietary information without authorization
10. Manipulative or Exploitative Commercial Content
Content that:
- Promotes pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing scams, or fraudulent investment opportunities
- Contains false or misleading advertising or marketing claims
- Manipulates users into making purchases or financial decisions through deceptive tactics
- Exploits vulnerable populations (e.g., children, elderly, disabled individuals) for commercial gain
- Promotes predatory lending, exploitative financial products, or unfair business practices
11. Misinformation in Critical Areas
Content that spreads demonstrably false information about:
- Public health or medical treatments that could cause physical harm (e.g., dangerous "cures," anti-vaccine misinformation)
- Election integrity, voting processes, or election results intended to suppress voter participation or undermine democratic processes
- Climate science or environmental issues that contradicts established scientific consensus and could lead to harmful actions
- Natural disasters or emergencies that could endanger public safety
12. Unauthorized Professional Services
Content that:
- Provides unlicensed medical, legal, or financial advice
- Misrepresents professional qualifications or credentials
- Offers services requiring professional licensure without proper authorization
- Substitutes for professional consultation in areas where professional judgment is required
Platform Misuse
You may not:
1. Abuse Platform Features
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Platform
- Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform without authorization
- Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or obtain additional free-tier benefits
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
2. Develop Competing Products
- Use the Platform to develop, train, or improve competing AI products or services
- Extract, harvest, or scrape data from the Platform to build competing services
- Reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms for competitive purposes
3. Violate Rate Limits or Restrictions
- Exceed usage limits, rate limits, or quotas specified in your subscription plan
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent technical limitations or restrictions
- Use the Platform in a manner that generates excessive API calls or system load
4. Interfere with Other Users
- Interfere with or disrupt other users' access to or use of the Platform
- Upload or transmit content that contains viruses or harmful code that could affect other users
- Engage in activities that negatively impact Platform performance for others
Compliance Requirements
1. Legal Compliance
You must:
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
- Obtain all necessary licenses, permits, and authorizations for your business activities
- Comply with advertising standards and consumer protection laws
- Honor intellectual property rights and obtain necessary permissions for content use
2. Regulated Industries and Professional Services
If you provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice or services:
- All AI-generated content must be reviewed and approved by a licensed professional before publication or distribution
- You must disclose to clients when AI has assisted in content creation, where required by professional ethics rules or regulations
- You must maintain all required professional licenses and insurance
- You must comply with all applicable professional standards and regulations
3. Automated Services and Chatbots
If you deploy AI-generated content in automated systems or chatbots:
- You must clearly disclose to end users that they are interacting with an AI system, not a human
- You must implement appropriate safeguards to prevent misuse
- You must provide a clear way for users to reach a human when necessary
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding automated communications and consumer protection
4. Marketing and Advertising
When using the Platform for marketing or advertising purposes:
- All claims must be truthful, accurate, and substantiated
- You must comply with FTC guidelines, CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other applicable advertising regulations
- You must include required disclosures and disclaimers
- You must honor opt-out requests and maintain proper consent records
Content Review and AI Limitations
1. Your Obligation to Review
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or "hallucinations" (false or fictional information)
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and verifying all AI-generated content before use
- PRO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or appropriateness of any Output
- You must validate that content complies with applicable laws, professional standards, and ethical guidelines
2. High-Risk Use Cases
You must exercise extra caution and implement additional review procedures when using the Platform for:
- Medical or health-related content
- Legal documents or advice
- Financial advice or investment recommendations
- Content affecting public safety or welfare
- Content targeting vulnerable populations
- Time-sensitive or emergency communications
3. Cultural Sensitivity
While PRO is designed to be culturally intelligent, you remain responsible for:
- Ensuring content is appropriate for your target audience and cultural context
- Avoiding culturally insensitive, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Reviewing content for cultural nuances that AI may miss
- Adapting content as necessary for different markets and audiences
Reporting Violations
1. How to Report
If you become aware of content or activity that violates this AUP, please report it immediately to:

- Location or source of the violating content (if applicable)

- Any supporting evidence or documentation
2. Our Response
We will:
- Review all reports promptly and thoroughly

- Take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or termination
- Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
3. Good Faith Reporting
We will not retaliate against users who report violations in good faith. However, we reserve the right to take action against users who make false, malicious, or abusive reports.
Enforcement and Consequences
1. Violations
If we determine that you have violated this AUP, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws, we may, in our sole discretion:
- Issue a warning
- Require you to remove or modify violating content
- Temporarily suspend your account
- Permanently terminate your account
- Limit your access to certain features
- Refuse to provide services to you in the future
- Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Take legal action to enforce our rights or protect others
2. Immediate Termination
We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts without warning for:
- Content involving child exploitation or abuse
- Terrorism or violent extremism
- Illegal activities that pose imminent harm
- Coordinated abuse or platform manipulation
- Repeated or egregious violations of this AUP
3. No Refunds
Account termination for AUP violations will result in forfeiture of any remaining subscription period, and no refunds will be provided.
4. Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. We may preserve and disclose account information and content when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations or respond to legal process
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of PRO, our users, or the public
- Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues
- Enforce our Terms of Service or this AUP
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect:
- Changes in legal or regulatory requirements
- Evolution of Platform features and capabilities
- Emerging threats or misuse patterns
- Community feedback and best practices
When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
- Notify you via email or through a notice on the Platform
- Provide you a reasonable opportunity to review the changes
Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
